ElderCare Solutions of Michigan | (248) 592-1944
6555 W. Maple Rd.
West Bloomfield, MI 48322

Many adult children are anxious to help their parents by easing the challenges aging can bring, but few people actually know what steps to take to truly make a difference.  At ElderCare Solutions of Michigan, our experienced Geriatric Care Managers start by assessing all the need areas an older adult may have and then identify the right solutions in a written Care Plan.  After the initial assessment our Care Managers can provide as little or as much assistance as the family needs.  Having a thorough Care Plan and a Geriatric Care Manager as part of your team can help family members gain peace of mind, knowing that tomorrow will be as fulfilling and rewarding as possible.
